It's here guys!

I can't speak for everyone involved, but I cannot tell you how nervous I am to have you all listen to our first effort. At the moment it is only pasted on the news page* (which I am too scared to tweet out :P ), but I will give you a handy link there.

If you right click it and 'save target as' it will save in mp3 format to your computer. From there it can then be uploaded to your phone/iPod etc :)

Just a thought, and correct me if I'm wrong - but RE the bum thing, didn't DT show his during his Doctor Who run, when he did that drama about the guy who gets knocked down & gets a brain injury or something?

It's been a crazy weekend and this podcast very nearly didnt see the light of day. So many things went wrong, probably worst of all being the recording equipment deciding to stop working on the day of discussion. Like the troopers that we are though we pressed ahead, and despite having to hit the record button on the temporary equipment every 5 minutes we managed to come away with a podcast even longer than the last one.

Now, due to the hiccups we encountered some of the audio is a bit crackley in parts (most notably when I speak due to my dreadful mic) and some background noise managed to filter through but its easy to ignore and doesnt crop up much and we didnt want to leave you without a new cast this week so we had to press on regardless. Worry not though, new microphones and a new recording system is already in place and the next one will be pitch perfect :)

Joshua, there is only one spoiler in there that I caught and they say it's a spoiler before so you should be able to catch it before you're spoiled :)

Has it been two weeks already? That went fast! I will give it a listen a bit later this evening and scribble down my thoughts in here :)

I'm going to be brutally honest, yeah it was interesting, but I kinda zoned out a few times and ended up playing Angry Birds Rio (got a few more 3 stars)

I liked listening whilst I was washing up, but i got bored of washing up... I should go back ???

Maybe you could make them shorter but more often, I mean, you could record it all at once, but maybe, split it? *shrugs* You should all know by now my attention span is zilch, I've already come back to this post 3 times  :-\ :-\

I completely disagree. The length was great. I, and others have said in the past that they should be longer and the great thing about this one is that it didnt feel like it was as long as it was. The time was filled with great topics and plenty of interesting stuff that was discussed. If you have attention issues perhaps you should hit pause instead of asking them to change. There are regular stop points between topics.

I understand, but I did hit pause... I like the clips inbetween. An hour is a long time! I struggle watching an hour of Doctor Who for the first time and that has visuals!

My fav bit was when they were talking about Mandy searching :P

Apologies to all those who sent in messages if they weren't included. We had over 100 responses so not all of them could be read out. Those who recorded messages, unfortunately we were not able to include them due to a fault with uploading the audio, however we did listen to them all and then write them out in order to be read by the team.

Definitely had to fight back the tears listening to that! Was a great tribute that I'm sure Lis appreciates.
