Title: Lack Of New Wave Merchandise Post by: Peri-Peri on February 24, 2016, 03:28:14 pm Over the last two years there is a lot less merchandise hitting the shelves, and a lot of what is coming out is repackages versions of old items. I've read some theories that this is down to Capaldi's age, with many stockists and makers feeling that the older Doctor just won't appeal to the younger generation of collectors, while others have stated that they think the lower ratings mean there is less demand. What do you think? Are they missing a trick by not promoting more merchandise, or do we have enough already? |
