Hi there and welcome!  I am happy to hear about the world that Doctor Who has opened up for you.  It's a great show on so many levels.  I still have to find time to get through the classics so I am bit jealous of you in that respect.

I am also in the US (waves at you from Pennsylvania) and I loved hearing about your dogs.  I have a 6 year old bi-blue Shetland Sheepdog named Quinlan (Quinn for short) and I have always wanted to try my hand at agility with him.  Maybe someday I will have the time and money to do it!

The Companion - because then I would get to travel with the Doctor Smiley

This is making me remember when I first caught the Who-bug a few years ago and started watching them all from 2005 on.  Can't wait to read what you think of the rest of them Smiley

The aquarium stuff is awesome!

Regarding the lamp - I now have it set up and I can tell you that yes, the lamp shade does have that picture on it but only on one side.  The other side of the shade has the TARDIS.  The best thing about the lamp is that if you push the TARDIS doors in, it makes the TARDIS materialization sounds and the light flashes on the top.  Needless to say that my 5 year old keeps pushing the doors in to set it off Wink

I adore this show.  Back in November when I was in Disney world, the ABC Commissary in Hollywood Studios Park had some costumes on display.  They were so amazing and detailed and intricate.  Seeing them on the TV doesn't do them justice.  Loving this season so far.

I had the same problem earlier today when I changed mine from Amy to Clara.  Glad it's not just me!

Do you think he's doing it a bit too much though?  I mean it's been a few seasons now that the Doctor Who? question has been going around and my impression is that it's always been a bit of an 'in' joke, but is enough enough?  I haven't decided either way yet if it's clever or getting old.  Still undecided.  Will be interesting to see where it ends up, if anywhere, or if it just continues as a running theme.

Disney World!

What is your favorite thing that you got for Christmas?
58  Travels In Time And Space / The Snowmen / Re: Favourite Quotes From The Snowmen on: January 02, 2013, 11:09:42 pm
Absolutely This:

It's smaller on the outside  Cheesy

And the Winter is Coming gave me a chuckle.  Since then I have even seen Doctor Who/Game of Thrones mash-ups online.  Too funny!

My sister got me the TARDIS night light a few months ago and for Christmas someone gave me the TARDIS lamp.  Love it!
