I don't know if this counts, but there were flickering lights during the scene where the wi-fi was being used talk to the Doctor in the coffee shop. ( The flickering lights thread through the first half of the season)

4/5 I thought that the ending was less rushed than normal. There were some very nice details in this episode that pleased me, especially with Clara. Though it definitely could have been stronger all around, it was a good "introduction" for a companion. I am now excited to see where this is taking us.
@Joshua- Yes! I thought of Beauty and the Beast several times throughout the episode from the music. I also thought the beginning was reminiscent of Blink.

I appear to be in the minority, but I absolutely loved the orange console room. It fit with Eleven's personality, IMO. But, that said, it makes perfect sense that the console room should change, if in fact it changes with the Doctor's personality. I feel this is obviously a nod towards the Doctor's change that we have seen. But, this is just my opinion, and obviously not verified on screen.

I really enjoyed her and I am looking forward to see her development. I preferred her Victorian, but her personality and intelligence appeal to me all around. I don't know nearly enough about her to know how she'll rate with me, but she certainly had a good start!

Travels In Time And Space / The Snowmen / Re: Title Sequence

I enjoyed the new title sequence. It seemed very classic to me(but I'm no expert- most of the classics I've watched are with One), and I loved the Tardis doors at the end. They even showed his face well enough that I wasn't rolling on the floor laughing from embarrassment at how camp my favorite tv show is! (Cause that's what I generally feel like doing in the old sequences when they do that)

This was a great episode in my opinion, and I gave a 4/5. Strax was hilarious all around, the new Tardis is beautiful(though I prefer it before), Victorian Clara is great, rediscovering that bowties are cool was sweet, and sad Doctor was excellent.
It wasn't very deep, but it was very funny, so it made up for it.

I thought this was a nice episode. 4/5 for me. No body taking themselves too seriously, but at the same time, plenty serious, with some good humor. It left me very excited for next week, as if I wasn't enough all ready! I am truly surprised no one has mentioned Rory in his underwear. So here goes: Rory in his underwear!!!

First, I didn't notice the violence at all. But, I agree with T-C: It's dinosaurs! Of course there is going to be some violence. Compare it to the Silence. I don't recall anyone being upset about the command to kill them all on sight, and this was far less violent than that. (mini-rant over )

Like the rest, I thought he was a bit off at the beginning, but I was really enjoying his character by the end. He's not on Wilf-level yet, but I would definitely be okay with him coming back.

I think this would be a great thing to try in NuWho. She has a great perspective on things. I was just so awed in the beginning when she says, "Can you communicate with the craft?" I don't know why, but it kinda blew me away with a spray of fabulousness.

42 for me. I can't say exactly why, but that has always been one of my favorite episodes. I wasn't a big fan of the THE/CB two parter, though it had some great aspects as well. DOAS was a pretty good episode, it just wasn't the style that I like. I don't have anything in particular that was wrong with it, just doesn't float my personal boat.

I liked this episode alot. I am not a large fan of the Daleks, but this suited them, especially with the Oswin twist. The first Doctor has always been one of my favorites, because of his mystery and the unknown aspect, so I am glad they are bringing that back(as hard as that is to do with a character that has been on tv for 50 years!) with the Daleks memory wipe.
4/5 from me!
