i can't find any of the doctors online and what's "Character section"?

Will someone please roleplay with me in the "Meanwhile in the TARDIS" thread in the doctor who roleplay forum. i have posted in there as my character Rinn.  I don't know if this is the right place to post this in as i only jsut joined to today and am new to the site.

Rinn had been chasing after a mouse and was about to pounce on it when suddenly he was transported into the TARDIS. He was taken by surprise and so went skidding into the controls with a loud thud. Hissing at the pain he jumps up and looks around warily.
'What is this place' he though to himself as he begun to take in his surroundings.

Yes it has worked now and i have posted my character details along with a link to an image of the character seen as the html code i posted did not show the image.

Dislikes: the dark/thunder/being alone
Description: He had a mop of pink/purple hair with cat ears and a tail that had a pink/purple tuff of fur on the end. He has pale skin and still retains some of the instinctive cat ways such as chasing mice and other small things. He speaks in a cat tong communicating with other nekos and cats. He greats others like himself by rubbing heads with them. His favourite food is tuna mashed into milk.
History: He was born of two males and one was human and one neko. He was abandoned at the age of five and so has gotten used to fending for himself. He dreams of travailing with the doctor as he has many times seen him at work and wants to help him in anyway he can.

yes that thread. i still have all my character information luckily i copied it before clicking post.

i went to the link and went to post my character but it said i do not have permission to post in there. What do i do?

Before i registered I saw you had a roleplay section and so registered to roleplay I read the rules and introduced myself but I now can not find that section. Please can oyu tell were to go and how I can create my character and begin roleplay.
