I think the final season was the best the show had seen in years, but the best story of the bunch is, in my opinion, The Curse Of Fenric

The Seventh Doctor is the one I would like to see make a return most of all. McCoy didn't have the easiest job coming into the role because the Colin Baker years (though CB isn't to blame) got a bit messy and lacked in quality somewhat. McCoy had a good start and the stories started coming together and things were very much on the up for the show. It would have been nice to see him get a longer stab at it to really make it his own.

I liked the fact that the Doctor never knew when or we he would end up but I think a question that was hard to answer every time was why they stuck around when they could have just up and left. That isn't something the Doctor does much of these days as he is always looking for the adventure in everything so it wouldn't be as much of an issue now I don't suppose, but I think going somewhere with purpose means that that never really has to be dealt with now. I'm grand either way, I guess, though I think not knowing is always more exciting.

Yeah, I think their actions will help determine it. In the little clip they seemed menacing but the more I stare at the image the more they seem a bit fake looking. It's sort of a jarring image though because snowmen are supposed to be cute and nice, so they will probably go down well with scaring the younger ones.

I'm Connor, I'm 27 and I'm from Dún Laoghaire which is just outside of Dublin. Been a fan of the show for about 15 years or so and I'm pretty caught up with the classics. I'm a supply teacher, though I wish I was something else. Not sure who my favourite Doctor is. I like them all, though I'm quite keen on McCoy and Smith. Jo, Romana I, Ace and Donna are probably my favourite companions. Oh and Barbara and Martha and Ben and Sarah Jane too. I pretty much like them all. Even Mel and Adric. I found the site while looking for info about this upcoming Christmas episode and this place was on the first page of the search, so I figured I would try and contribute a bit instead of just reading and running away. Hopefully I can make a few decent posts and if I get to know some of you along the way that'd be grand. My experience with forums is limited though and the one I was signed up to in the past was horribly unwelcoming. Reading what people on here say about this place though gives have high hopes
