Definite tearjerker. I cried. I cry at everything. I'm so ridiculous Grin
2  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: The Top 50 At 50 on: September 09, 2013, 11:17:13 am
Odd choice there Doc. It's not a terrible story, but I don't think it's worthy of a place in the top 50 ever.
3  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: Aneurin's Top Ten Companion Departures on: September 09, 2013, 11:16:25 am
Aw this is a nice ending. It doesn't have to be sad or dramatic for it to be cool, and this one proves it.
4  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: PRG's Top Ten of Personally Owned Merchandise on: September 09, 2013, 11:15:35 am
I want one. They don't look like they do much, but they still look cool. I want one.
5  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: Peri-Peri's Top Ten Funny Bits on: September 09, 2013, 11:14:52 am
I speak baby is probably my favourite. Was funny with Stormy, but hilarious with baby Melody.
6  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: Exterminate's Top Ten Dalek Stories on: September 09, 2013, 11:13:55 am
I think this is a great story and an absolute must on this list. I wouldn't have put it higher, personally, but I don't think it would have gone lower, either.
7  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: Mr Chinn's Top Ten Companions on: September 09, 2013, 11:12:34 am
I think they are worthy additions. It's hard to pick companions from the earlier days because they were all very much the same, but Ben and Polly stand out for me.
8  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: Hannah's Top 10 Underrated NuWho Stories on: September 09, 2013, 11:11:52 am
I like it. I didn't at first, but the more I have seen it the more it has grown on me. It's not perfect but it's not awful.
9  Fanatical For Who / The Top Ten Of Everything / Re: Top 50 NuWho Stories on: September 09, 2013, 11:11:11 am
I agree that season 2 is poor, but I think this story is pretty cool

Protect your furniture while you travel through time and space!

Derived from the super-popular Doctor Who sci-fi TV series, these beautiful, eye-catching coasters are made of wood, have cork on the bottom, and measure 4 1/4-inches tall x 4 1/4-inches wide.

The set includes 12 coasters, each featuring a different Doctor from the show’s epic history!

11  76 Totter's Lane / The War Games / Risk: The Dalek Invasion of Earth on: September 09, 2013, 11:06:54 am

In this brand new edition of Risk, multiple Dalek armies descend from the skies, seeking an ancient artefact that will enable them to conquer the galaxy.

Earth. Early 20th century. The planet has faced many invasions in the past, but never has mankind faced an assault like this, as multiple Dalek armies descend from the skies, seeking to destroy one another and conquer the world.

Many years ago, an ancient artefact was hidden somewhere on the planet, an artefact that will enable the Daleks to reign supreme across the universe, defeating any who stand in their way. Such an object is so valuable that even the Daleks cannot agree how best to wield it, and have split into renegade armies, each as cunning and determined as the next.

Play as one of 5 different armies, either classic (Black, Bronze & Silver) or New Dalek Paradigm (Red & Yellow)as you invade Earth seeking the ancient weapon. Only once all opposition has been wiped out can you begin the search – will you be the last Dalek army left? Watch out for the TARDIS sweeping round the board to defend Earth!

As you fight for supremacy, the Doctor will do his best to stop you, bringing peace to a different territory each turn, and if your army is not victorious by his eleventh regeneration, then the battle is over and all Daleks must retreat as the Oncoming Storm saves the Earth.

With special power cards to boost your forces or destroy your plans, and special missions to defeat other invading forces, this game of Risk is an epic battle for control of the Earth…and the universe.

I can't tell you the price yet because the Forbidden Planet site has gone down, but maybe PP or someone can update later Smiley
