I assumed the humans, too, but it seems odd to attack the rescue effort. Perhaps, as Nyki says, it was dark and they couldn't tell, but it seems odd to leave it unanswered.

7 films went to the top of the box office.

Bedtime Story
The Unsinkable Molly Brown
A Shot in the Dark
Circus World
The Killers
The Moon Spinners
Marnie

I've seen A Shot in the Dark and Marnie.  Most of the others I haven't even heard of.

I've only heard of The Unsinkable Molly Brown, and I haven't even seen that.

I thought it was meant as a sort of mourning ringing, because the Doctor was at the time presumed to be lost on the other side.

I actually like most of those stories, but The Unquiet Dead is where my vote went.

Cougar Town. I put on SJA and thought I'd start from the beginning but I wasn't in the mood for Chelsea, so I switched to the Cul de Sac Crew instead Tongue

I remember seeing Pinocchio when I was really little. It was a re-release though, I'm not 70-odd Tongue

Who is your favourite Doctor Who companion?
15  The Leisure Hive / Satellite Five / American Horror Story on: September 06, 2013, 03:43:19 pm
Does anyone else watch this? I've been seeing a few clips from the new series and I can't wait. I didn't think that the second season was a strong as the first, but based on what I've read about the upcoming season I think it will be back on form.
16  The Leisure Hive / Satellite Five / Re: Grey's Anatomy Discussion on: September 06, 2013, 03:41:31 pm
I've been told to give this a go again. I got about 6-7 seasons in and then couldn't be bothered anymore, but my friend Lizzie said that the last season was one of the best, so I think I might pick it back up.
17  The Leisure Hive / Satellite Five / Re: Viewing Marathons on: September 06, 2013, 03:37:14 pm
I've always got something on the go. Currently Sex and the City, Cougar Town and New Girl. I'm planning doing Lost again at some point, but after about 5000 viewings I'm not in a rush. I want to do X Files again soon too.
18  The Leisure Hive / Satellite Five / Re: True Blood on: September 06, 2013, 03:35:50 pm
They've announced this week that the next series will be the last. Shame really, as they've missed loads of great stuff out from the books.
19  Travels In Time And Space / The Invasion Of Time / Re: Missing Episode Discussion on: September 06, 2013, 03:31:06 pm
I'd heard about that but I thought it was about the Capaldi announcement.

I'm not sure if this is actually a blooper, but the Doctor calls Maitland 'John', though that is never stated as his name in the story.

No, it's one of the other characters.

Haha omg, of course. I never even thought of that!
