Ok, so you may or may not have seen me just promise some great news in the other thread, and here it is...

The BBC have made three prequel mini episodes for series 6, that will be available soon. I'm guessing they will be along the lines of Meanwhile In The TARDIS...

To describe the one that will air before the opening two parter... "It's an eerie sequence written by Steven Moffat that sets the scene in scary and mysterious style. It introduces us to the world the Doctor will collide with in the next adventure and watch carefully... was that the new monster..? The first prequel stars Stuart Milligan and introduces us to story strands that will bind the Doctor - and enthral his audience - throughout the weeks ahead. We'll bring you more details soon, but be warned, it's a scary one..."

The others will air throughout the series before the episode the come before. Obviously. I like to state the obvious Smiley

Good news?

Ooh they did something like this with 'Being Human' - the main characters all have them & they did quite a good pre-series 2 one to introduce Ivan & Daisy.

Can't wait to see them  Cheesy

Did they not do something similar with season 2. I seem to recall there being a mini (2-3 min) scene available on the BBC website (I seem to recall Mickey being involved in one) that ran before each story? Perhaps I am misremembering?

Anyhoo, that is by-the-by! I love this and it all just confirms that season 6 is going to be amazing - especially with some build up for us!

Why 4pm I wonder? And on the 25th? Is that significant in terms of some historical fact? Huh?
