I'm sure you are all familar with the game 'The Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon' - based on the theory that Kevin Bacon is the centre of the entertainment universe and that any actor or actress can be linked back to him typically within six degrees (six connections).

Well... this is the same principle only with Doctor Who at the centre Wink

An easy example - Tom and Jerry co created by Joseph Barbara who also created Scooby Doo and was executive producer of the film version starring Sarah Michelle Gellar who appeared with Anthony Head in Buffy who guest starred in School Reunion  Cool

Here's one to start you off -

Robin Williams

(The aim is to make the connection with 6 but no less than 3 links )

Ok, I'll give this a go.

Robin Williams starred in Good Morning Vietnam alongside Forest Whittaker, who starred in The Last King Of Scotland with James McCavoy. James starred in 2 series of Shameless with Dean Lennox Kelly who was Shakespeare in Doctor Who

Thats it right? Ok, I choose

I've tried and tried, but the best I can do is this..

Barrack Obama is president of the USA, the president lives in the White House, the White House will feature in the opener of series 6.

It doesn't count I know, but it will have to do and nobody else seems to be taking a shot.

I can connect Brenda Blethyn via Pride & Prejudice in which she stars with 2 people who have gone on to be in DW but that's no good Undecided

Just in case no-one can follow my thinking (which I doubt) Carey Mulligan was in Blink and Tallulah Riley was in Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead.

I'll leave it up to someone else to make a longer chain  Smiley
