Over the last 26 weeks we have been looking at each individual season of Classic Who and choosing our favourite stories from each. This here is the poll to end all polls. Sort of. I suppose we could call it the ultimate super season. Where two stories have drawn I have referred to the 'Ultimate 200' poll and taken the highest entrant. We have the 26 winners and while your overall favourite may not have made the list, which is your favourite out of what we have voted to be the best of the classics?

I made a joke about it being the 'ultimate season' of Doctor Who, but seriously, can you imagine!? What a great bunch of stories. Even the ones that I wouldn't have voted for myself are good stories. Very Dalek heavy, as you may expect, but it's a great and varied bunch. I've voted for Inferno. I thought I would go for caves but I saw Inferno sitting there and remembered how much I loved it and that's what I chose, but honestly I think I could happily pick something different in there each day.

I've gone for The Daleks Master Plan. I don't suppose it'll get many votes, mainly because not many people will have actually seen it, but it's always been my favourite. A really epic story, the Daleks in fine form, the Monk, and of course those rare companions' deaths.
There are at least half a dozen, though, that would make awesome winners.

He is also vain, ego-centric and quite mad

This is such a difficult choice - and actually on any given day my answer would vary. In the end I plumped for the story that is burned on my mind as a young kid who was desperate for exposure to the show in the Pre-video age. It's not the best story on the list and isn't the best story of that Doctor. But for sheer personal affection and something that sums up my love of the show I went for The Five Doctors

Genesis of the Daleks for me. I know...not a very imaginative choice. But still brilliant. Was kind of tempted by City of Death. Although Tom Baker was my first doctor I was too young to remember his stories very clearly, but I clearly remember the unmasking of Skaroth at the end of the first episode and how scary and enthralling it was.

Genesis of the Daleks for me, but there are so many stories in there that I could choose from.

I've gone for Attack of the Cybermen. I think it's probably not going to be a popular choice but it was one of the first classics I ever saw and I love it.

There are so many on that list that I love that I found it really hard to decide so it came down to me looking at it and thinking 'which one would I like to watch right now?' and so my vote went to The Mind Robber
