This topic cropped up as a question in the Interview thread but I think it deserves a bit more of an airing. Please don't consider yourself restricted by genre - if you want Happy Days back by all means put it down Wink

Although there is supposed to a film in the offering I would love to see UFO return to our tv screens. It had a great premise and with a few tweaks could easily be brought up to speed Cool

I'm also loving the idea that Thunderbirds and the like ( with human beings  Shocked ) could be returning - I already have Sean Pertwee pencilled in as Captain Black Wink

Firefly, but it will never happen.  At least not with the original cast since most of them are now on other shows.  But it's nice to think about.

The Dresden Files - my friend recently loaned me it on DVD as I have also been reading his DF books. The show had so much promise & a great cast esp Terrance Mann as Bob. I was gutted to find there was only one series.

Also have to agree about Firefly  Smiley

YES, YES, A MILLION TIMES YES!!

I want The Man From U.N.C.L.E. back - saddened to hear a movie is being touted with Clooney (and probably Pitt).
Also, it's long overdue to have a Trek TV show on air. Surely the cast of Star Trek XI are little known enough to get a series or 7 from them?
Or set it in the normal continuity - Titan perhaps? (even though Frakes is too old & podgy)

I was introduced first to the books then the show by my friend. It was shown on Sky One a few years back - made by what is now Syfy it was cancelled after one series. You can find out more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dresden_Files_(TV_series)

The Tomorrow People. I've seen a few episodes of the original series and thought they were cool, but the last attempted revival was somewhat disappointing, IMO.

If anyone wants to see Dallas return, that was announced today

Where did you hear this announcement, Exterminate?

Cold Feet was quite good. Another series of that would be cool. Rome should have had a couple extra series too.
