Mistakes & Inconsistencies

In reference to the Pool and River... The Doctor told them to open all the doors to the pool... It is a box which is bigger on the inside, I think it doesn't stretch the imagination too much to assume that the exit door, mustn't always be from the console room... It also probably has its own control over gravity and air... *shrugs* I think it makes sense...

The Doctor also shaves (and I think changes, but I'm not sure, really must rewatch) remember so we don't see all of time passing...

When they're in the prison box and the Doctor snaps his fingers to open the TARDIS door, his shirt is untucked. When he runs inside it's tucked in.

Where were Rivers bags? The Guard said she was packing but she turned up (out of nowhere) with nothing.

And on that matter, how did she get accross time and space and get hold of guns? I don't imagine they let her keep her vortex manipulator in prison. Or guns, though I guess she could have gone to a gun shop along the way
