Now and then, every once in a very long while, every day in a million days, when the wind stands fair and The Doctor comes to call, everybody lives.

I don't understand why The Doc's kept swapping sonics... Or rather, why only one was shown to exist... Surely the complete replication means they both have one, so why did they chuck it between them?
I'll come back to this after my rewatch right now

If the TARDIS energy made the Gangers fully human, how come Amy got mushed?

Because she was still a connected Ganger not an independent one like the others. They were animate before yes, but the effects of the storm that disconnected them changed them. She hadn't reached this level of development.
That's what I thought anyway.

It would make sense if it was because she was still connected.... I mean, it was the storm going through them and the machinery that caused them to split fully right? And Amy is a later form of Flesh right? Didn't the Doc make some comment about going back to the start?

This could, I suppose, be explained away by saying 'he knew', but why did the Doctor just happen to have the right medicine for Cleaves right there where he was standing?

That annoyed me too! I mean, blood clots aren't that common, unless he has a secret first aid kit that is bigger on the inside in the console or the TARDIS materialised it....

The signal on whatever is controling Amy is so strong that it not only goes back and forth in time, but also outside the universe? Really?

I think we are meant to remember Amy's super brain due to the crack and travelling in time and what not

When the TARDIS drops through the the ceiling the doors are facing to the side of the screen, but then after the camera cuts away, the doors are facing the group

I saw that! Made me chuckle but I wouldn't to check it wasn't twisting or anything before mentioning it

The acid searing through the lid (but not the sides?) causes the lid to bubble up and down? Really?

When they were stuck in the crypt, the lid kept lifting up and down. It just looked a bit ridiculous, really.
I also got confused with the screwdrivers... didn't one pass his to the other, then the original had his later?

The acid inside was going to bubble up, it was heating up? and was going to overfill into the chamber they were standing in, pressure builds up and causes the lid to try and lift allowing pressure to escape...

Don't know, after the rewatch I am still none the wiser about the sonics.... Not that I paid specific attention to them...

It seems really impractical that the Gangers would have no access to the systems considering the human spent most of their time in their 'avatars'.

But they had specific areas for Humans and Gangers... I know what you mean, I'm just trying to think of a theory to support the writing... For some reason, considering I keep slating it The Gangers only seemed to be in existence for the dangerous areas, therefore all computing would be done in the safe areas reserved for Humans... So, that room should have been in the safe area? There is probably a failsafe to prevent Gangers from gaining control of themselves like in that place Buzz referenced...Any programmable matter has the potential to become living in its own right, it is seen time and time again, I am sure that the scientists and tech folk worked together to ensure that only humans could access it, perhaps also a failsafe against possible aliens? Who knows...
