DOCTOR Who fans have until Sunday to visit a long-running exhibition in Cardiff Bay dedicated to the show.

The Doctor Who Exhibition, at the Red Dragon Centre, is set to close to make way for a new, bigger show in 2012.
But the city is set to lose out on thousands of pounds in tourism during the year-long gap between the two exhibitions, according to Graham Jones, who runs the current display.

Can't believe that one is closing! I've been there like 4 or 5 times! It's the main reason I keep dragging my parents to Cardiff!
I know the exhibition was pretty small, and I guess it is time for a new bigger one, but still...  Sad Ah well. Ok they may also be moving the Doctor Who Experience there (which is amazing!) but it won't be in the Bay area anymore! Which is such a shame, as it's great to be able to combine a trip to the Bay area with a trip to the exhibition, but that won't happen any more  Angry  Cry Plus I guess it's a shame to not keep it open until the experience opens, but if they have to close it they have to. I just hope that when they move the experience to Cardiff it'll be even better than it was here in London!  Huh?

I mean, I knew it was going to happen, but so soon? I don't have time to go before it closes!

Unless I finish my editing soon... *plots* Might /just/ have time...  Undecided

Just a short break  Smiley Nothing exciting although it would have been nice to include the exhibition Sad

There seems to be a lot of unrest concerning its closure - I'm wondering if it will get some kind of reprieve until the DWE is in situ?
