Is that to me or Hannah?  I'm in Hertfordshire, 30 minutes on the local train.

Should really go in the random facts, but I actually live almost exactly on the Greenwich Meridian.  I regularly walk between hemispheres Cool

I know this hasn't been touched for a  while but just felt like saying if this did go ahead still I said to my mum today, 'Would you let me go to meet the other forum people if we did a meet up?' and she said.... "Hannah, you're 17, nearly 18, I'm not going to stop you..." Now I really wan't expecting her to say that!  Shocked Cheesy

If we're going with London I can easily make it. I live in London, so getting around is simply a matter of hopping on a train or a bus. And thd dates given are good for me. The only thing is I'll need to know what days/s we're meeting, so I don't like, book to meet a friend or something on the same day.

Yep, though we have to take into consideration people who will be staying overnight, it's easy for us who live with London on our doorstep Smiley

How far in advance do people need to know?

Wow! I don't usually plan more than a couple days, maybe a week in advance. I'm not sure. Depends if we're looking at an evening or daytime meetup

OK, on that note what does everyone think of Saturday 27th as a provisional? Hopefully this'll cater for those who would otherwise be unable to make it due to work/other commitments
