I realise it's a sort of dirty topic with most people. No one admits watching it but then it get's 19m viewers. I just read that Simon Cowell announced today he will no longer be judging and I was wondering what people thought about it.
I'm not a huge fan of the show myself but I do love the auditions when you get the deluded crazies up on stage thinking they are the next big thing, but I never really care who wins.

Eek, really? I was reading tweets now he isn't in BGT and people were saying it just isn't as good...
No, I like the auditions and I like having a mean judge, I rarely watch the whole thing.... I don't even know who won last year... I think I even watched the final *shrugs*

I love it. The auditions part mainly. Seeing all those people who think they are the next Mariah screeching their way through Hero then throwing a fit when they get told no! Its awesome.
Will be odd without Simon, but it will cope. I hope he takes Cheryl Cole with him wherever he goes. She does my nut in

I agree about Cheryl Cole. I can't stand her! I used to think she was really nice but then she got this out of control ego and she doesn't come off well now at all

From the news yesterday, it doesnt seem much point in doing it anymore. Everyone who has wom seems to be getting dropped by the label with the exception of Leona and Alexandra.

Ooh Gary Barlow, now that's interesting...  But I swear Take That are on tour for ages, and they're touring like France and places after the UK and I thought that was in like Septemebr/October time... Ok admittedly I've only watched X-Factor once, and even then I had to leave the room 'cause it was so bad.... sorry!   But yeah, don't know how he'd do that but then again I don't know when it starts  |

If it's true I have this to say ... why, Gary, why?!  I'm not an X Factor fan (you may have guessed that already) ... but I'm not going to whinge out about it because loads of people get something out of it obviously. I have other things that I can watch  |
