Cause thats polite! I was just trying to work out what you were on about and give an opinion based on what you said. Perhaps if you explained yourself better then people would 'get your point'

I'm very much a neutral party in this, but what Exterminate said actually makes sense. No method would be fair.

This is sort of descending into rudeness which is never a good thing and quite frankly isnt worth it. Its a shame because it all started out as some jokey banter between several people who each had different favourites, but it seems some people perhaps feel the need to convert others as a way of convincing themselves and thats not what the joke was about. I still maintain that Donna is my favourite, and in my opinion the best, but I wont argue with anyone over it or try to prove other people wrong. I shall bow out of this one and leave you too it, though I think perhaps others should take a step back too. Having a favourite character isnt grounds for speaking down to people whos favourite is different

You're right. Its a shame some people feel the need to try and turn you around to their way of thinking and dismiss you completely if you dont. I appologise 2cajamum2 for not agreeing with you on who you think is the best, but he just isnt to my personal tastes. That shouldnt result in a rudeness though

Interesting variation on my username, but apology accepted.

Apologies to all too of course.

I'll never say people aren't entitled to their views, cause they are, always.

And I meant a bit like Top Trumps, though more factually correct.

(I think in the world of logic generally, people can confuse me.)  Lips Sealed Undecided

Loved Rose in S1. S1 Rose remains my fav new series companion followed by Donna. Martha was great but underrated and too much of the whining about the unrequited love thing.

And...I really can't stand Amy. She's just very bland.

Great to see Martha on the list, even if it is only in third place. She got a lot more hatred than she deserved

Wow, I'm so glad Donna won this! I had no idea she was liked so much Cheesy I absolutely adore her, couldn't believe she was gonna be the companion in S4 (I was really annoyed) but she was amazing.

Rose would come a really really close second. I'm shocked she's not more liked on this forum (from what I've read) Shocked

Martha's rubbish, and Amy's only a little better
