Does anyone know... roughly if this episode in Van Gogh's timeline would come before or after he painted Starry Night?

Because when they're laying down in the grass at the end looking up at the sky it sort of sounds like Van Gogh is wanting to paint it, but in one scene in his house you can see the Starry Night hanging on the wall Huh?
