This is one of my favourite Who episodes ever. It was so subtle and yet so powerful. It was the first Dalek story since the show returned and it set a precident that wasn't lived up to because every Dalek story since got bigger and bigger but just was never as good. Everything between this story and Journeys End was pretty naff in terms of Dalek stories, but then it got naff again with VOTD in S5. I think its good they are taking a rest now because they are losing a lot of their menace. They need to come back in a good solid story like this one
