You know, I don't even mind a little bit of flirting (Lets be right, no one could flirt as well as Jon Pertwee) but its the making of the central storyline that I am starting to find a little cloying. First Rose was the special one. Then (in TSOD) Martha was made the most special one. The Donna became someone who had songs sung about her. Now Amy *insert spoiler here*.

Just for once can we (the audience) decide whether the companion is special or not and not have it rammed down our throats? We use to be considered intelligent enough to do this - so why not anymore?

(I might have to get Victor back in a moment lol).

It's as if we are somehow psychically linked, Chris!

I absolutely agree yet again!

Nobody could flirt like Jon Pertwee!!  Evil
