The episode was brilliant and I loved it, but it was yet another timey wimey episode. Is it time to try a different route for DW stories as Moff seems to be relying on this quite a lot

Usually I would moan, but that episode was amazing. If they are all that good then he can be as timey wimey as he likes. Its when he uses it as a get out clause like in TBB, that irritates me most

I thought this was how timey-wimey should be. It made me think, hold on the plot in my head and it worked within the story. Sometimes there is a temptation for the Moff to be a little smart-alec in his use of timey-wimey but this hit just the right note.

I agree with VA, that episode hit the right notes with the timeline weirdness

Yep, I agree. As T-C said, its when it is used for silly reasons that it gets tedious, but it was used brilliantly here

Again I agree - here it was used very well. Though I'm going to hold up my hand & say I don't actually mind timey-wimey anyway (I'm sure it will grate on me eventually but it doesn't yet) - don't all throw things at me please!

Personally I would still rather have less of the timey wumpy, but as others have said, it worked brilliantly in this story so sometimes it might just be worth it

As long as it's worth it and the story actually gets somewhere and he doesn't loose us, timey wimey is okay... But there has to be a point...
But in this story it was well used in my opinion

I don't mind timey-wimey either so don't throw things at me too! Thought it was used very well here but I agree that at some point in the near future I will want to see a little less of it.

With all the timey wimey, either Moff is having trouble keeping it contained or he is dropping us hints at stuff. A lot of what was said in the episode didnt add up. The time lines of the characters for example seemed all over the place and amy said at least two different dates from which she had last seen the Doctor.

I'm the first one to moan about Moffat normally, and I am VERY TIRED of timey wimey, but for this story I will let him off. For the most part it was quite linear anyway and it was easy enough to follow. Once this story is done though I hope thats it for series 6
