Forbidden Planet have just tweeted to say that there will be a Doctor Who Monopoly Game. I've seen fan-made versions in the past but this is the real deal. Will be available from them as a limited edition from August - there are only going to be 5000 sets so get those orders in asap if this floats your boat! I didn't get it in the end, but from what I read loads of people weren't impressed with it... Especially as the 'counters' were just normal monopoly ones... :/

That was one of his complaints, yeah. You get a TARDIS but all the others are standard. Shame really because when they are done properly they can be really good. I've just been looking at the counters for the Klingon monopoly that's being made & they are amazing.

See this is what my mate wanted when he bought the last one. Thing is, I can't see him stumping up for another one after being so disappointed before. And I suspect he might not be the only one. They should possibly have held off before & just done this one  |
