I couldnt help but feel sorry for the guy the whole way through. He has come back this year with what seems like hige insecurities and if having a baby doesnt make them leave, then I think his jealousy might!

I felt sorry for him but at the same time I want to tell him to get over it. If he is that insecure in his relationship then he should get out of it. I know he loves Amy, but surely its better to love her from afar than to be miserable every day

Do you think Rory believed her when she said she was talking about him?  I still think she was talking about the Doctor.  Since when is "dropped out of the sky" a figure of speech?

It's a figure of speech where I come from, but of all the figures of speech to use...that one? Seriously? Granted, she didn't know the boys were listening, but still. Makes me wonder how she met Rory and why she would choose that figure of speech.

I felt sooooo sorry for Rory pretty much all the way through the episode! Especially when they were back in the warehouse and he was sitting there listening to Amy and the Doctor came and sat down beside him... to me that said the Doctor still cares and that Rory is definitely part of the team still!

Yeah I think we should definitely feel sorry for Rory though...

Yes, part of me felt bad for him through the episode, but I think that I will reserve judgment until I have seen the entire story.

Same here I think  Smiley

I liked the fact that the Doctor went to Rory first as they emerged from the body bags - usually I'd expect him to go to Amy first. Was a nice little touch.

Yeah your right, he did go to Rory first and I can sympathise for Rory feeling insecure I feel that everyday but I think he loves Amy too much to let her go, I mean if I was with the guy I really love then no matter how insecure I am I wouldn't want to let him go

Well yeah, I've heard the phrase before, but since she and Rory have known each other since they were kids it's hardly an appropriate one to use for him.  And judging from Rory's reaction he didn't think so either.

I liked the fact that the Doctor went to Rory first as they emerged from the body bags - usually I'd expect him to go to Amy first. Was a nice little touch.

Rory was just closer, wasn't he?  He would have had to climb over Rory to get to Amy.

Yeah they were both placed either side of him... so he could have gone to either of them first... but it was lovely in my opinion they way he went to Rory first Smiley

I'm pretty sure the whole element of Rory thinking Amy was talking about the Doctor was included to make explicitly clear to viewers that Amy isn't interested in the Doctor. Although Amy married Rory, some unfortunate jokes (and as I see it, they were just meant to be jokes) made the viewers uncertain of her feelings. Now it is very clear, and I'd guess Moff only added the uncertainty to the episode so that Rory (who, like the viewer, was unsure) was told directly that its only him Amy wants.
