Its not the most conventional of love stories, but after todays episode how can anybody question that Amy loves Rory. She looked utterly heartbroken in the scenes where it looked like he was going to die and the look of defeat in her eyes when she couldnt revive him was heartbreaking. I know she doesnt always treat him in the nicest way but I think that that is just her way. Rory will always come first to her, I am sure.
So come on, hands up. Who got teary?

I agree. The speech through the receiver last week seemed like it could have been aimed at the either but I really don't think it was meant for the Doctor. After that scene tonight I don't think there is any question about how she feels for him

I think its a case of 'you don't know what you got til its gone' and she has lost him enough times now to know how she really feels. She gets knocked in fandom because she doesnt show it often enough but some people are just a bit stunted that way. I think she loves the Doctor but I think its because they are like best friends but it is obvious that it is Rory that she is in love with

It almost had me in tears at the end again.... Amy and Rory are so cute together, and it was lovely to confirm that strong bond that they do have

While I agree that some people are a bit emotionally stunted, Amy was beginning to take that to a whole new level. Even I was having doubts last week about who she was talking about on that recorder thing. I dont doubt that she loves him, but up to now she has been awful to him

Yea thats fair. I really do believe she loves him but she has been awful to him in the past, even if she never intended to be

I've always believed in Amy and Rory and I've always believed that she loves him, I just think she sometimes has an odd way of showing it, but in the big moments, moments like this that really matter, there is no doubt at all
