Did any of your family and friends who are not big fans watch the show? What did they think of The Doctor's Wife?

Once again I watched with one of my girlfriends who is slowly starting to come around to the show. She loved it (wasn't keen on Black Spot but loved the opening two) and I think she is going to start becoming a regular viewer. There were a few bits that referenced stuff from the past that I had to explain but on the whole she kept up with it and even did a bit of a weep when Matt started crying at the end

Everyone I have spoken too has absolutely raved about it. I've not spoken to anyone who didnt like it. So far
