Just had a thought. What was the snowglobe about? There is a good possibility that it was explained and I overlooked it, in which case will someone please explain? If not, what do you think it was all about?

I'd forgotten all about it to be honest. Perhaps him having it on his person is how they tell the two apart or something?

Someone on Twitter suggested we might be able to do that by his shoes as the clone was created before he lost his to the acid & I have to admit it had crossed my mind. I didn't hear an explanation about it so I'm hoping we will get one next week. He seemed to attach some significance to it as he got it out a couple of times.

The Snowglobe was pretty cool, but yeah when I first saw it I was like WTH? But yeah I didn't notice anything really that explained it, but yeah... Strange

It reminds me of the 3D glasses in AoG/DD- the Doctor keeps pulling it out, but we won't find out why till next episode.

Honestly, you lot & your smutty comments about The Doctor "pulling it out" all the time. I assumed he had a snowglobe of the monastery island, but maybe I was wrong? Maybe they are IN the snowglobe? (too out there?)

He seemed to use it to predict when the solar tsunami would hit?

He usually got it out when he was talking about the weather so perhaps it was something to do with measuring when the next stormm was coming or something? I'm sure it will get explained in the next episode

I thought, like some of the others, that it was a snowglobe of the island. The Doctor seemed to know all about it straight away. I think we will find out that he has been there before. Perhaps he got the snowglobe from the 'little shop'

I just thought it was a 'Doctor using random gadget for scientific pruposes' gag, but perhaps there will be an explination.
I'm more concerned about the workers cold (he kept sneezing), dreading an ending being that the Gangers all die due as they don't have proper immune systems. Hopefully it will just be used to tell the two characters apart.

I think the cold means more than that. There is a thread about it in here somewhere with some good theories. As for the snowglobe, I thought it was his way of telling when the storm was coming or something
