One thing so far that could end up being a potentially huge plot hole is Cleaves. Why was she so hell bent on starting a war and killing the Gangers? She reacted as though they were the most evil thing ever created despite the fact she had been working alongside them for god knows how long.

It was certainly a bit odd considering how much she protested that they were safe earlier in the story

After just doing a rewatch it struck me just how many changes there were to her character throughout, both as the Ganger and the Original. The way she acted seemed quite inconsistent. I'm not sure if it has a deeper meaning or is just down to the writing though

In general, I'd say her Ganger version seems a lot meeker (though a bit sarky).  It's the Ganger who apologises to the Doctor and frets about leaving her crew.  Also, she's not the one who takes charge of the Gangers' attack at the end, in spite of being the boss.

Yea the one the Doctor first speaks to after the storm is the Ganger. She seems a lot tamer than her counterpart, whereas Ganger Jen seems a bit more psycho than hers. Bit of role reversal going on
