There wasn't a general discussion page in here so I thought I would add one for random stuff.

Anyway, the reason I did is because in this months DWM it said that at one of the upcoming conventions, the name of which has escaped me but I think it's in london, Jack, Gwen, Tosh, Ianto, Owen, Rhys and Suzie will all be there. I'm so very tempted to get a ticket and go. I think they are £65.

I was reading an interview with a Starz person last week who said the channel would love to make another series and are happy to do so but it is totally reliant on RTD and whether or not he wants to, so perhaps a new series could go ahead after all. I know he has personal stuff going on but maybe he would be willing, if he doesn't want to do anymore, to hand it over to someone else to be showrunner. Like what happens with DW? I'd suggest Jane Espenson as a good candidate but I think someone from Britain would probably be best so that it keeps that feel. The last season felt far too American.

I've decided to begin a Torchwood rewatch from tonight. Beginning to end. Not in one night, obviously, but I'm hoping to get it done by next weekend. I might even finish Miracle Day then, too. I'm hoping that I will find it more enjoyable when watched in context with the rest of the series.

I haven't done one for ages. I love Torchwood but I never feel as inclined to watch it and I still haven't even got the S4 DVD.
