Finally I am happy. I sort of even get why they kept ramming her in other episodes, though I still don't particularly like it to be honest. When the Doctor kept saying 'breathe' I twigged that she might be a midwife of sorts, and I think she still could be. This episode, even with a only a couple of lines, made her appearance worth it.

I still think they over did it with her appearances, but I think the pay off next week will make it worth it. Its going to be hell going into this break

I think it was definately a good thing that we found out more about her today because I do think that they were dragging out a but too long

Yes, that's pretty much what I felt.

It was definately about time they explored the character further. All the little sneak peaks were starting to annoy me

I really wasn't bothered, we'd worked out that she was coming through on a separate kind of time line and she was probs something to do with the kid, so all you needed was patience...which I had for once! Cheesy

River Song: Everyone knows that everyone dies. And nobody knows it like the doctor. But I do think that all the skies in all the worlds might just turn dark, if he ever accepts it.

Well I think the pay off in this episode was worth it. We still essentially saw the same 'face in a hatch', but with so much more going on in the episode I am now really intrigued about her character and where its all going.

I was starting to get annoyed with seeing her but now that I understand the context, I am good with it Smiley

They could definately have done more with her previous appearances. Or had less of them.

I was totally over all her previous appearances, but I loved last night's. It wouldnt have been so bad if we had learned a little bit more about her each time, but we just got a few seconds of her face and it was really annoying. Now I can't wait to see more of her and find out just whats going on with her. I get that she is probably a midwife, but surely the fact she looks so scary means its more than just that
