To go with the DS and Wii released games next month there are some pretty cool accessories coming out.

Quote
Blue Ocean Accessories today confirmed that they are collaborating with BBC Worldwide to produce a range of branded video game accessories for the Nintendo DS and Wii based on the hit TV franchise Doctor Who. These will hit the streets October 2010.

There will be six Doctor Who accessory packs featuring official artwork of Matt Smith as the Doctor and Karen Gillan as Amy Pond. Fans of the franchise will be delighted to hear that they will also be creating sonic screwdriver stylus controllers inspired by the show. A further three accessory packs will be produced as retail exclusives.

I will be getting all of these without a shadow of a doubt. Well, not the stylus because I gave my DS away to a friend, but the Wii remotes for sure.

(I spend way too much money on DW stuff, but I just cant stop Cheesy )

Iceman, if you have a DS you can import the game with no worries, DS games don't do region coding :-)

As for the Wii, probably not, but check with someone who knows more about it. As far as I know, the Wiimote should be fine and obviously the DS stylus will.

When are these being released? Will it be the same time as the games, or can we pick them up before?

The accessories are available from tomorrow I just found out and the Sonic Remote is £34.99 so I think I might have to give it a miss
