I love this idea! I voted to watch them at random. It would take 18 months to get through Tom Bakers tenure otherwise Cheesy

This is an excellent idea. And I am glad that you won't be skipping the first two Doctors. One and Two are both brilliant and I think it would be silly to overlook them just because some of the stories are missing. The ones I have seen have both have been great Smiley

I voted for a random order. Variety is the spice of life and all that Smiley

As for the poll, I went with 'Random' purely because it will be fun having the surprise of whats coming next Smiley

I love this idea - The Doctor's Wife really made me want to start watching the Classic series - the only episode in 6 seasons!

However I vote in order. Otherwise I will have NO idea who the companions are etc.

I might give the first few eps a try, but if I like them I'm afraid I will stop taking part and carry on in order on my own.

I'm all for going in order too, but the good thing about the classics is that there isnt really any sort of arc so you can dip in an out and it all makes perfect sence. Each story is just another adventure. For the main part anyway. Story arcs didn't really feature into it much. The companions are all real easy to catch up on too. I've not seen loads of the classics which is why I want to go in order, but I have randomly dipped in and out and had no trouble being up to speed

This is a lovely idea. I've pretty much seen all the available classics but I'm always rewatching them. I might be able to join in for a couple but the baby is due in a few weeks so I won't be online much for while. I should find it easy enough to dip in though as I'm not new to them Smiley

I voted random in the poll though. My favourites are scattered all over and it's a bettwe way for newbies to get a feel for the different eras and Doctors and companions

I went with in order, just cause I like chronology

(she says knowing that nonlinear to her is still chronological as long as that is the way it is written, stupid writer brain) (Don't know if that makes sense to anyone but me either)

I love the classics, but most of the ones I own are on video....And back home.... So, please choose the first few carefully Tongue

Can we have a list, I mean, assuming I actually get into the next year of Uni, If we had a list, I could see if I had the right ones on video and lug and tv/video combo to Uni for this... Smiley

If, as looks likely, we go random we personally won't be choosing the eps - The Doc has found something to randomise them for us  Smiley

Well if its a random order and all stories are covered, wouldnt it make sense to take them all?
