I don't think so. There seems to be a bit of an over-reliance on the 'they must be flesh' theories. If the little girl in the suit was River, I think its just normal River and nothing more

I suspect that the Silence manage to get River back into the suit (assuming the little girl who was in it for The Impossible Astronaut was indeed Melody) at some point, and she's forced to kill the Doctor, as she was forced to act as a child.

I don't think the Flesh will have anything more to do with the story than they already have. I definately don't think that River will end up being one too. Any more and it will all start to seem a bit farcical.
As for the spacesuit stuff though, we only saw the girl in one, but there were two spacesuits, so we don't know if the inhabitant of the other is still out there ready to come into play
