In one of the long shots of 'deserted' London you can see a truck driving along.

Also, the Black Dalek coughs before making one of his speeches Grin

The windows of the TARDIS are open and if you look closely through them you can see the back wall of the TARDIS is missing

Why did the Daleks set up an intelligence test to select candidates to turn into mindless zombies?  Unless, of course, it was to get rid of the intelligent ones.

The Doctor's explanation of where these Daleks fitted in made no sense in terms of the original story.  He claimed that was millions of years in the future and this was halfway through the Daleks' history, but there it was claimed that the war which had led to their evolution had been 500 years earlier.

When the Daleks are leaving the control room in the last episode all of them have their eyestalks pointing straight forward except the last one - his is turned to his left which means he would likely have seen the Doctor.

Ian seems to not remember the Daleks on visual alone. Despite looking at it, its only when he says 'Doctor, that voice' that he seems to twig they are Daleks

Some of the Daleks are very obviously cutouts. Also, in one of the scenes where Ian and the Doctor are near to one of the saucers you can briefly see a woman come into shot holding a clipboard.

When all the debris falls from the bridge it splits the casing on the Police Box sign

When Barbara, Jenny and the guy in the wheelchair are running through London, in the very last shot you can see some people walking down the street.

How do you people notice these things?!?

I noticed the carboard Daleks because they are glaringly obvious. Does the TARDIS windows being open count as a gaff?

I'm not sure about this one but when Susan & David are trying to stop the bomb I think the time remaining on the countdown clock is different in the close ups to what is shown in the wide shot. Might be wrong about that one though  Undecided

Just remembered a rather curious one.  When Ian rescues Madison from the Roboman in the saucer, he calls him Craddock (the one who was locked up with Ian and the Doctor) but when we see him clearly, he's a different man and credited as such.
