I'm giving this a four. I would have probably given another half a point if it were possible. Overall a very enjoyable story with a good, fast advancing plot and some great performances all round. Add onto that the emotional farewell to Sarah Jane and it makes for a great story. A couple of things that niggled at me though...

-The male version of Eldrad just wasn't as good as the female.
-Episode 4 overall is just a lot weaker for me, with the exception of Sarah Janes departure scenes, though this is mainly due to the male Eldrad.
-Some of the stuff to do with the nuclear power plant is laughable, though we obviously know more about them now, so that could just be put down to lack of knowledge, though stuff like having the RAF strike against it is a bit much.
-The cliffhanger to ep3 is pants

They are only tiny niggles, but enough for me to take a point off
