I have opened this poll and thread because we are collecting data in order to rank stories. Please could you take a minute and rate this story? You do not need to give a reason for your vote, though obviously feel free to do so as it is a good way of initiating discussions

A two from me on this. It's the 'cheap' episode of the series and it really shows. I'm not a fan of the Slitheen for starters and I think Moff has shown with series 5 that cheaper episodes don't have to look and feel cheaper.

One from me. Hate the Slitheen, Mickey was really annoying throughout, the story was a bit silly and the whole thing looked and felt like a filler episode

I gave this one a 3. It was definately a cheap episode and Mickey is really annoying, but I think that Margaret on her own makes quite a cool villain and there were a couple of quite funny scenes in there too. It wasn't a great episode but it was good for what it was.

I actually really rather liked this one. It was the first time in the history of Who that we had ever had the Doctor's role seriously and sustainedly questioned by an enemy. Some of the scenes between Chris E and the Annette Badland were real high quality and forced me to re-evaluate my view of a hero I'd known since childhood. A four from me

I gave this one a 3. I try to look at it objectively and so given they were out of budget and had a little time, I think they did a decent job with what they had to work with. It would have been nice to see another monster instead of the Slitheen returning so soon and it is a shame that they didn't go out and about around Cardiff more since they were using it as Cardiff and not trying to pretend it was elsewhere.

I gave this one a four too. Its not the greatest story but its really enjoyable and it manages well on a tiny budget. It loses a point for having the Slitheen return, though I am glad it was Annette Badland that returned rather than one of the others or someone new

3. Not bad not good. I think the word 'meh' covers it.

Three. Almost reaches good as it's such a great improvement from the Slitheen's first appearance.
