Probably because she knew she wasnt supposed to be there in the first place, if he was in that general location he knew where the TW files were, and saw her find them. So she ran because she didnt know his intentions.

The guard in the library looked dead. You could argue that he was alive, but he wasn't moving or making sound. He just looked dead.

Esther bashed her arm in the fall. That would have broken without a shadow of a doubt

I forgot about the arm. That definately would have snapped.

There was something in the files about the Welsh Assembly in 1981, but I am sure there wasn't one in 1981. I'm probably wrong about that one though

Oswald molested and killed a 12 year old girl. He was tried and found guilty. If they failed to kill him as part of the death penalty, why the hell would they let him go? Surely it would be commuted to life instead? That was totally ridiculous

That's what happens if they try and fail to execute someone (there was a famous case about 100 years ago when the trapdoor failed to open three times running) but he was arguing that he'd actually been executed and survived it, and he couldn't be punished twice for the same crime.

When Lynn sent the email it had three question marks, but when Wayne Knight received it there were only 2!

All that stuff with the poison was a bit stupid. Not sure if it was 'technically' a mistake, but it was as far fetched and improbable as it gets

At the end of episode 2 we see Lyn walking around with her head snapped and twisted 180 degrees, but surely even with Miracle Day in play, she would be paralysed and unable to walk?

In episode 3, Gwen grabs the security guard by his tie, but (and I assume it is the same in the US as in the UK) security men, police officers etc who wear ties are supposed to wear clip ons to stop assailants from strangling them with it. Its not beyond the realms of reality for him to be wearing it, but it's unlikely given the risk

The gun that Rex threatened Wayne Knight's character with kept changing between being pressed right up to his head & several inches away depending on the shot, yet Rex wasn't supposed to have moved his gun arm.

In episode 5 (or possibly 4, I watched them back to back so can't be exact) there is a scene with Jilly where they are cutting back and forth between her and another character and in the scenes she is with, then without a clipboard, alternating for several cuts over about 30 seconds

Not so much a mistake, but they seem to be moving the goal posts a lot about what constitutes dead and not dead, and some characters appear to be just dying even though they can't. A lot of the death stuff isn't making sense to me

In ep 6 when Jack & Gwen are communicating with each other via the lenses his response to her question 'Jack is that you?' has already started to come up on the screen before she asks it - the camera shot over his shoulder clearly shows the 'in' of 'in the flesh' before it cuts back to her actually asking the question.
