I really loved it. It wasn't overly clever, it wasn't unnecessarily timey-wimey, it was just good old fun. Definitely my second favourite Cyber ep after AoG/DD, even if their resolution was a bit weak.

I'm not keen or Corden, but the relationship between Craig and the Doctor (made funnier by Val) is really thrilling to watch.

A little cheeky to show how a parent should care for his child - ok, maybe not taking him into danger, but asking about him even when his own life is in danger? That's how it should be done. None of this Melody nonsense.

Oh, and you know what? I'd totally forgotten about Amy/Rory till they were shown in it, and once they were gone I'd forgotten them again. I don't do spoilers so I don't know if they're around next season, but I hope not. (That's not to say I don't like them, but this highlighted to me how... unneeded they are.)

And the ending was very cool too, even if River's head looked totally out of proportion with the rest of the suit.

Have you checked your house for Silents?

Haha Wink I just didn't miss them at all. It just hit me how little they matter to me in the show, compared to Donna/Rose. It doesn't really matter to me if they're in it or not.

Oh I just remembered another thing that boosted the marks for me... Anyone remember the children's TV show "Come Outside" with Pippin the dog and the spotty plane?! Yeah the lady from that was in the episode, brought back so many memories for me!!

Come Outside was trending on Twitter after the episode. I think Pippin was as well.

I went with a four. The Cybermen were a waste of time and the ending made me want to vom but for the main part it was easy to watch and made me laugh quite a few times. I also loved the scene with River and Kovarian.

I expected to hate this one but it impressed me.

I've gone with a 5. It was a bit cheesier at times than I would normally like but it was a good fun episode that wasn't too taxing on the brain like other episodes have been this year.

I was torn between a 4 and a 5, so because it wasn't an outright 5 I went with 4. It had it's moments of brilliance and some of the dialogue was fantastic. The scenes with Matt and the baby were great and the gay subtext was pretty funny, but within about three scenes they managed to ruin the credibility of the Cybermen as an actual threat and all that 'loves saves the day' stuff is getting on my nerves.

Not so sure why I loved this ep so much the first time, nor why I remember it being so funny, but maybe it was just my mood today.

I'll go with a 3/5
