I have opened this poll to collect scores for the episodes of series 6. The main series six section is still open to discuss the stories in more depth, but please rate this story for us in here and give your thoughts too if you wish.

I really enjoyed this story, but there were better ones in the series, so 4/5 from me.

This is the only one I didn't give a 5 to. I went with a 2. It looked great and I wanted to love it, but it all fell a little flat and I was clockwatching throughout. It isn't bad, just not for me.

Actually giving this one a 5. I could happily sit and watch this episode over and over Smiley

Loved it at first, but now it just seems like boring filler and I've no real desire to rewatch it unless I am going through the whole series. I thought it would be brilliant, but it wasn't. I gave it 2

I went with a three. This was definately the weak link of the series for me and while it was entertaining enough, it wasn't a great story and large parts of it didn't make sense

I gave this a four. It was an enjoyable enough story and it was nice to see them trying something different. There are a few bits I am not keen on so much which is why I marked it down, but on the whole it was pretty good I thought

I quite liked this - I think of all of the Nu-Who i've seen, this is the most like "Classic Who" I could have seen this work as a Peter Davison or a Jon Pertwee story

I thought it was a 'really good' fun episode which would have given it a 4, then I knocked a point off for the amazing disappearing pirate - I'm guessing (hoping) was an editing error not a story one, but for me to do it with Lee Ross's pirate was awful. I've been watching shows with Lee in since I was a kid & being so familiar with him made it even more noticeable for me. That aside, Hugh Bonneville was great as Avery & continuing proof of the kind of talent DW attracts. 3/5

In general, I enjoyed this episode but something didn't sit right about it for me.  I guess for the whole episode the Doctor is trying to figure out what is going on with the 'Siren' and then he just seemed to figure it out so quickly out of no where and then with Rory dying again....I dunno.  Seemed off a little.

I went with a 2.

I found it quite boring, I've never had such little desire to rewatch a Who episode after the first watch, and too many errors.
