Do you think they ever would? Would they even be allowed to use them in a different show, or do you think they would want to keep them for the Doctor only? Sarah Jane's reaction to seeing the Dalek in The Stolen Earth was brilliant, and facing one in her own show would be neat. Imagine all the petrified children

I dont know for sure, but I would hazzard a guess that the licence only extends as far as the main show, and so they wouldnt be able to appear in the spin offs. I could be way off the mark though

The Daleks are overused as it is imo, so to expand them in the spinoffs would be a mistake I think.

I'm pretty sure if it could happen it would have been done by now. Personally I would love it - with the right storyline it could work but then I don't subscribe to the rather jaded view of some that the daleks are overused

Hmm. Im not sure what I make of it. I wouldn't like the Daleks to be in Torchwood either. I think Daleks should stay with Doctor Who.

Given what Daleks are capable of, it might be a bit too much murder for CBBC and they'd have to write around that. It would be less complicated to think up a new monster so they don't have to explain why the usually-murderous Daleks are suddenly not killing people.

Licences aside, I agree with Seren on this. The Daleks would have to be too toned down if they appeared on SJA.
On the other hand, the damage they could do on Torchwood could potentially be amazing!!!!
