Just before on of the Cybermen picked up Tobermann and threw him, you could clearly see the wires attached to him.

When Jamie and Two are trying to open the tomb doors, you can clearly see them keeping it closed with their feet

Not exactly an error as such but the Cybermen retreat into their tombs backwards... random... probably meaning the film was reversed.  Tongue

I believe it's mentioned somewhere in the extras that it was reversed.

When Jamie is trying to push the Cyberman down into the hatch, despite it supposedly being a struggle you can tell that the Cyberman is blatently helping bypushing himself backwards too

Closing the doors will apparantly complete the electrical circuit needed but in episode four a Cyberman is holding both doors at the same time and nothing happens

Yea he is right, the extras are great. The commentary isn't though. It feels really awkward compared to others.

Captain Hopper uses a different button on a whole different area of the switchboard thingy to open the hatch

I'm usually good at spotting these but the only thing I noticed this time around was the wires on that Cybermen when the guy picked him up

IT may not be a mistake, but it didn't seem deliberate when Jamie is climbing out of the hatch and then catches his foot, making him trip down the steps

Might have just been me seeing things - but when Toberman picks up the Cyber Controller it seemed to be very obviously just a stuffed suit not a man. I get why that would be the case though, if indeed it was & not just me seeing things like I said.
