HOW AWESOME IS SLY!!!!!! Oh, hearing him deliver that speech makes me yearn for Percy to have another turn as the Doctor. Just one more crack at the big time because as TFD says - he's still got it!

I expected that to be really cringey, but he had enough humour in there to make it fun.
Just to add, I think the MC there was this guy. Some strong language in the video, but I am sure it is the same guy (it's not DW related, but very funny)
