When McCoy is driving the motorbike you can see him wearing glasses.
Also, loads of extras keep looking at the camera all the time

The guitar the Doctor is holding towards the end wasn't actually made until 1982

This is what I was going to say. I always listen out for that from characters

Where to start But here's one. You're a totally ruthless warlord on a commando raid, who thinks nothing of blowing up a bus-full of innocent people, and you capture two random bystanders. Do you a) shoot them - they're nothing to do with your mission, but it's fun; b) let them go - they're irrelevant; c) keep them as prisoners, using two of your limited force to stay and guard them?

Ray and Billy were supposed to have grown up together, but Ray had a Welsh accent (sort of) and Billy had an English one. That's not impossible, of course, but needs some sort of explanation.

Why did Ken Dodd think it was a good idea to make his escape by running towards a wall?

That was my thinking, too. He also pretty much acted like he couldn't stand the sight of her until the last scene.
