Did the Doctor not find it worrying that the baby chose to name himself this? Future baddie maybe?

The cutest evil baby there ever was!!
I had a feeling the Doctor was pulling Craigs leg here a bit. I think if the baby was calling himself the Dark Lord Of All then he would have had something to say about it.

The name is trending on Twitter I got a tweet saying that 1001 pets are about to be named Stormageddon. I replied that I hope it's only the pets.

Matt has a such a way with children and even with a baby that couldn't talk he had this total rapport with it. The way he kept calling it Stormy tickled me though I did initially think it was an odd choice of name so I agree that perhaps the Doctor was winding Craig up

Wouldn't put it past Steven Moffat to be thinking about villains for series 8 or 9 already, so who knows?
In the meantime though, a great little joke that really worked well all through the episode. Probably lucky that I'm highly unlikely to breed since I'm now by no means sure that I'd be able to resist the temptation to call the child Stormageddon! (or Stormagette for a girl)

These were my thoughts too. I suppose if they do bring Craig back, this could be a reason why

Perhaps Moff is setting Alfie up to be the baddie a few years down the line? It would give them a reason to bring Craig back. EDIT: I see someone else already theorised this

Judging by what was said in the spoiler section they don't really need a reason, they just will.
