The dolls for some reason were singing the same rhyme that Kovarian was singing in this episode so I was wondering if anyone thinks they might be connected somehow. When they sang it in Night Terrors I just thought it was an odd omen type thing, but now it seems to have a deeper meaning within the story, but it doesn't make sense that a group of dolls that were brought into existence through a child imagining them would know that the Doctor was about to die.

Wasn't Kovarian singing the oranges and pears rhyme or whatever it was called? The one from the dolls was voiceover I think. Still doesn't add up why they would know about his death though, but I don't think its anything worth looking into too much

I like PP think they must be connected somehow, not sure how, but it was definitely the same rhyme.

No, she did the tick tock one, I'm sure. Or is it all the same thing? I'm confused

I'd have to give it another rewatch, but I am pretty sure that Kovarian is saying the same rhyme as the dolls, which if correct, would mean that the imaginary dolls had some sort of prior knowledge.

One! One word! Shake, milk-shake, milk! Milk! No? Not milk! Um, shake, shake, shake! Cocktail shake! What, d'you want a Harvey Wallbanger?
