My only fear with bringing the Rani back is that I wonder if the writers would be able to resist adding a "sexual" element between her and the Doctor. One of her great strengths was the fact that despite being played by a famous glamour-puss, she was almost completely asexual, treating each life form as a specimen to be examined. In many ways she was the anti-Jack Harkness. I fear that may be lost in Nu-Who.
