The Keys of Marinus. Really wasnt fussed on first watch, but I gave it another go whilst introducing a friend to it and I really enjoyed it a whole lot more.

The War Machines is another one that gets better the more you watch

The Keys of Marinus is one I always remembered as a classic, and I loved it when I saw it again.  My only criticism is that I'd like to have seen more of some of the settings - it should have been a twelve-parter  Cheesy

In general, I remember not being impressed with the stories with Romana #2 first time around, so I was delighted when I got the DVD of City of Death - a real classic, both for the story and for the brilliant Adams one-liners.
