Some amazing ones to choose from, but Journeys End gets my vote.

The Big Bang. I absolutely loved it. It made me smile from beginning to end, and I've rewatched it so many times I can practically quote it by heart.

I love most of them, including TWORS, but I went for The Parting of the Ways.

Journey's End for me. Fanwanky companion stuff aside, that stuff with Donna and the Doctor was just superb.

Journeys End for me. My favourite ever finale (so far, though I don't see it changing)

I've liked most all of the finales, but Journeys End is the best of the bunch I think.

One thing I generally feel is that, be it RTD or The Moff, we have had some rare old treats to finish the seasons! Brilliant stuff and i've loved them all. But the way that TBB set up the finale of season 5 means it just edges it for me.
