I think everyone is right about the placing of the episode. If it had come earlier in the season I think it would have got a better reception but it's placing means it is too easy to overlook. It's perhaps not good enough to bunched in with the Family Of Blood two parter and Blink, but is nowhere near as bad as the Dalek 2 parter or that awful Lazarus story, so it just sort of gets lost.
