Is the robot dog in the picture, the same as the one from School Reunion? If so that is shocking!!!

technically no.
The one in school reunion is Mark 3. Mark 3 died at the end of that episode. The Mark 4 model is in SJA.
The model in this piece of garbage they call a tv show, is a regenerated Mark 1. Mark 1 was left on Gallifrey by the Doctor. He got transported to the professors lab in this and regenerated.
So yes, its supposed to be the same dog, but not
technically the same one from "School Reunion"
